Learn how to apply for Federal Employment career opportunities in a hands-on learning experience that will assist you in preparing your USAJobs.gov application. There are federal employment opportunities locally, as well as around the world, that you may want to apply for, such as: Apprenticeships, Sheet Metal Artisans, Aviation Mechanics, Machinists, Environmental Safety Specialists, and thousands of other career options. Students will learn how to prepare a USAJobs application, create a USA Jobs profile, learn how to navigate through the site, and receive assistance with specific USA Jobs resume requirements.

Basic Computers for the Job Search I

This course is designed for those with little or no computer and internet technology knowledge who are job searching or looking to upgrade their job skills. The class will include a basic overview of computer concepts, computer equipment and hardware, programs in different operating systems, and how to locate information on the internet.
