Shuck, Rattle, and Roll

Shuck, Rattle, & Roll is an annual event showcasing seafood harvested and served by current and former Carteret CC Aquaculture students. Local oyster growers set up booths to give a taste of their product and talk about their growing techniques. Food is prepared by Carteret CC Culinary students in conjunction with local restaurants. Guest are invited to enjoy an evening of the freshest seafood, craft beer, wine & live music. Proceeds from this event support students and programs at Carteret Community College.
