Learn anywhere! Carteret CC offers (how many courses online, how many programs online). Online curriculum classes are offered through a website called Moodle. These classes are interactive and include learning materials and activities that your instructor tailors to deliver course content that meets the learning outcomes for each course.

Online classes include classes that are delivered completely online with no face to face requirements for on campus meetings and classes that combine a mix of online delivery with reduced contact hour requirements for on campus presence. Classes that mix online delivery with some on campus requirements are referred to as hybrid courses. You will need to understand which courses are delivered completely online and which require some on campus presence so that you can plan a schedule that best meets your needs.

Classes with on campus requirements will have specific day(s) and times listed as well as an “INTERNET” notation, while fully online offerings list “Off-Camus Locations-Online class” with “INTERNET” notation. You will find these notations in Carteret Compass when searching for course sections.

Distance Learning for credit courses and programs are fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
