Your Generosity Changes Lives
The Carteret CC Foundation supports the college and raises funds to ensure all members of our community have the opportunity to achieve their goals. Through partnerships and the generosity of donors, the Foundation provides scholarships, training equipment and capital purchases, student support, and professional development for faculty and staff.
By helping students with the financial challenges of college and life, we increase student success.

Most Carteret CC students are taking classes, working jobs, and caring for their families while trying to get ahead. By reducing financial barriers, we help individuals succeed, promote a pipeline of skilled workers and build strong communities.

Your Foundation Gift
You can support Carteret CC and its students by donating to the Foundation. You can designate your gift for a specific purpose or as unrestricted, which allows the Foundation to use the funds where they are needed most.
Donate & Resale
The Donation & Resale Program is a very unique opportunity for you to support students and programs. Boats, cars, tucks, and trailers are just a few of the many donations we can accept and sell through this program.
Life Enrichment Classes
Fun classes for every interest — dance, crafts, cooking, photography, pottery, sewing, carving, and more. Try something new, boost your skills, or dive into your favorite hobby!

As the Board Chair of the Carteret Community College Foundation, I am honored to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire community for your unwavering support. Higher education builds better communities, and your commitment to the Carteret CC Foundation directly impacts our mission to support Carteret Community College in all its endeavors.
This year, thanks to your donations, our scholarship fund reached an astounding $161,800. These scholarships offer extensive support to our students, including assistance with child care expenses, student emergencies, academic needs. Your support directly helps our students and enables us to also provide over $468,000 in support for our programs, employee professional development and other areas of critical need.
Whether your generous contributions fund scholarships, strengthen programs, enhance facilities, or address other critical needs, every dollar donated is a commitment to a better future for Carteret County. Together, we empower students, enrich educational opportunities, and foster a thriving community. Thank you for your continued partnership and belief in the transformative power of education.

Since its inception, the Carteret CC Foundation has awarded more than $1.2 million in scholarships since 2008 to Carteret CC students.
In 2023-2024, the Carteret CC Foundation:
- Offered $160,400 in scholarships
- Awarded scholarships to more than 150 students
- Awarded more than $16,200 in student emergency aid
