Embark on a culinary adventure while supporting the talented students of Carteret Community College’s Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management programs! Join us for an exquisite dining experience and play a pivotal role in their educational journey to France.
Each year, a select group of two to four students earns the incredible opportunity to train with master Escoffier Chefs in France for five weeks. These aspiring chefs return brimming with new techniques and inspirations, ready to share their knowledge through the much-anticipated Escoffier Chefs’ Dinners.
