Support Carteret CC Culinary Students’ Unforgettable Journey!

Carteret CC kicked off its 15th season of the Escoffier dinner series on September 17. This dinner series supports the Goellner exchange program, which gives two to four students the opportunity to train with master Escoffier Chefs in France for five weeks.

When these aspiring chefs return with new techniques and inspirations, they are ready to share their knowledge through the much-anticipated Escoffier Chefs’ Dinners. While you indulge in a four-course French meal with each course expertly paired with exquisite wines, you will hear first-hand accounts from our Goellner exchange students discussing their unforgettable experiences in France. Each dinner is tied to the students’ experiences in France.

These exquisite dining experiences play a pivotal role in our Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management students’ educational journeys. Proceeds from these dinners ensure our students can participate in the Goellner French exchange program without financial burden and support each of the programs.
