Engineering Explorers Camp (High School)

Calling all 9th–12th graders interested in engineering, STEM, skilled trades, and technical careers! Join us for a hands-on, one-day workshop designed to spark curiosity and build skills for the future.

Here’s what students will experience:
Interactive activities led by Carteret CC math, science, and technology faculty
Problem-solving challenges and real-world engineering applications
✅ Exposure to tools and techniques used by today’s engineers
✅ Learn about career pathways, dual enrollment, and transfer options through NC State University’s Havelock campus
