Lift the Mask

Join us for the Lift the Mask Club (LTMC) meetings — a student-led group focused on promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma on campus. LTMC provides a safe space for open conversations, encourages understanding, and connects students to valuable mental health resources.

These meeting dates are open to all students who want to make a difference and help normalize mental health discussions at Carteret Community College.

Lift the Mask Clubs are supported by The Quell Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering open, judgment-free conversations about mental health.
