The Big Rock Career Center is a one-stop-shop for training and employment services. Carteret CC students, as well as for members of the general public and veterans are able to visit the center and participate in career assessment testing, explore new careers, hunt for jobs, prepare resumes, and practice for interviews.

Additionally, the center offers a NC Military Business Center which helps match NC businesses to federal contracts, prime contractors, and post subcontract opportunities.
