Welcome back, Kraken! You’re already part of the Carteret CC crew, so your next step is to chart your course and register for classes. Secure your spot today and keep making waves toward your goals!
Step 1: Clear Student Holds
Clear any Student Holds that may prevent you from registering. Visit the My Status and Holds page in Carteret Compass – Students portal to view any holds that you may have. If you have attended another college or university since you were last enrolled, you will also send all transcripts to Carteret CC.
Step 2: Register for Classes
Once you've cleared any student holds, you may register for classes in Carteret Compass. You may also visit the MAPS Center to work with an advisor if you need help registering for classes.
Step 3: Pay for Classes
Don't get dropped from your classes – know when tuition is due! Carteret CC offers a variety of ways to keep college affordable, including financial aid, scholarships, and work-study opportunities. You can also set up a payment plan to help manage the cost of tuition.
