Morehead City, N.C. (September 21, 2023) – The For ME (Minority Entrepreneur) Networking Group is excited to announce the return of the 2nd Annual Small Business Saturday Holiday Market & Street Fair, set to take place on Saturday, November 25, 2023. In collaboration with Carteret Community College and the Small Business Center, this event will transform the college’s campus into a vibrant marketplace from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in celebration of National Small Business Saturday.
The entire community is warmly invited to join us for a day filled with festivities, shopping, and community spirit. Over 100 local vendors will showcase their unique products, offering everything from delectable food and stylish apparel to delightful sweets, botanicals, exquisite jewelry, captivating art, homemade décor, and so much more. Guests can bask in the joyful holiday atmosphere, complete with dazzling lights, enchanting music, and a special appearance by Santa Claus himself.

It’s important to note that this opportunity is open to all businesses, regardless of ownership, and you do not need to be a minority-owned business to become a vendor.
The For ME Networking Group embarked on its journey with its inaugural meeting in February 2021. This dynamic group emerged from a collaborative effort between Carteret Community College, the D.R.E.A.M. Organization of MHC, and the Small Business Center. Its core mission is to empower minority-owned businesses within Carteret County by fostering connections, promoting growth, and providing mentorship opportunities. By working closely with both established minority-owned businesses and emerging entrepreneurs, the For ME Networking Group aims to offer invaluable support, encourage collaboration, and provide mentorship, all to further the success of minority entrepreneurs.
