
Massage Therapy
Program Overview
This course introduces concepts basic to the massage therapist’s role in various clinical settings. Emphasis is placed on beginning theory and techniques of bodywork as well as therapeutic touch skills. Prepares graduates to work in direct client care settings to provide manipulation, methodical pressure, friction, and body kneading to maintain wellness or treat alterations in wellness throughout the lifespan and requires over 650 clock hours.
Minimum Admission Requirements
Prerequisites
- Mandatory Program Orientation.
- High school graduation / GED transcript.
- All vaccinations.
- Current physical.
- Pass a background check.
- One massage by a professional massage therapist

The Massage Therapy program requires over 650 clock hours to complete.
