Thursday, November 6: Cupcake & Wine Pairing

Cupcakes, smiles, and fun galore—this event’s got all that and more! Bring your sweet tooth and your bestie—it’s going to be a treat!

Join us on November 6 at 6 p.m. at the Carteret Community College Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center for a fun, event pairing five wines with cupcakes! For the wine drinkers, a wine expert will expertly pair five different cupcake flavors with five different wines for the ultimate dessert experience. For the kids, the five different cupcake flavors will be paired with five different cotton candies mixed with Sprite! You don’t want to miss this! It’s going to be cupcake-tastic!

Friday, November 7: A Table with a Mountain View

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring the bold, comforting flavors of traditional Appalachian cuisine—crafted by Marcus Buric, owner of Culinary Creations. Each of Chef Buric’s four delicious courses will be perfectly paired with hand-selected wines by Will Burrow, the master behind the magic at Grandfather Vineyard & Winery.

It’s not just dinner—it’s a celebration of talent, rich traditions, and unforgettable flavors. Come hungry, leave inspired!

Saturday, November 8: Chef & Cellar Experience

The final day of the Crystal Coast Wine Expo is the Chef & Cellar Experience. Step into the heart of the Crystal Coast Wine Expo for an immersive culinary adventure. Meet the chefs, create a gourmet dish, and discover the art of pairing it with exceptional wines. From kitchen to cellar, this hands-on experience is a delicious journey of flavor, technique, and discovery.
