Streaming Live in Joslyn Hall November 19

The Dallas Herring Lecture will be streamed LIVE in Joslyn Hall on Tuesday, November 19th at 1:00 p.m. for all who are able to attend.

For nearly a decade, the Belk Center’s Dallas Herring Lecture has been a catalyst for change, bringing together community college leaders from across North Carolina and around the country to discuss urgent and emergent topics related to student success and chart a path forward.

Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart, Chancellor of Austin Community College District, will deliver this year’s 10th annual Dallas Herring Lecture, titled “Transforming Higher Education: Loving Our Students to Success Through Intentional, Courageous, and Systemic Leadership.” His lecture will explore how infusing love into policies, processes, and partnerships can transform higher education and foster meaningful connections between institutions, students, and communities.
