2025 Summer Camps Open For Registration

This summer, Carteret Community College is opening its campus to rising 3rd–9th graders for an unforgettable season of learning and exploration. From June 9 to August 1, the College will host a variety of hands-on, activity-based camps designed to ignite curiosity, build new skills, and inspire the next generation of thinkers, leaders, and creators.

This year’s offerings include a wide range of engaging topics—from science and sustainability to culinary arts, technology, and leadership. Campers will have the opportunity to explore exciting subjects, make new friends, and gain confidence in a supportive and interactive environment led by experienced instructors and community professionals.

“Each of our camps is designed to be more than just fun—though they definitely are fun!” said Jared Jones, Coordinator for Youth Camps & Community Programs at Carteret Community College. “One of our biggest goals is to introduce young students to the college environment early on. Whether they’re experimenting in a science lab, exploring career pathways, or learning new skills in our culinary or tech spaces, we want them to see Carteret CC as a place where they belong—and where their future can take shape.”

Camp programs are offered for rising 3rd through 9th graders, with camps grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate content and engagement. All sessions are held on the Carteret CC campus. Space is limited and early registration is strongly encouraged.

Limited scholarships are available, and the College is also accepting applications for its summer outreach program, the Scott Eckholdt Career Camp.
