Cybersecurity Awareness Month

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and resilient organization, we are pleased to announce the College’s participation in National Cybersecurity Awareness Month this October. As part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we will be conducting our annual mandatory cybersecurity awareness training for all full-time employees through KnowBe4 online training modules.

Training Details

  • Platform: KnowBe4
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour
  • Training Campaign Begins: Monday, September 30th, 2024
  • Completion Deadline: Friday, November 1st, 2024

On the training campaign start date, you will receive an email from “[email protected]” with the subject line “You’ve been enrolled in training”. This email will list the modules to complete and provide the link to the KnowBe4 training website. You will sign in to KnowBe4 with your Microsoft employee email, password, and MFA. All four training modules must be completed by the completion deadline.

This training is designed to enhance your understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices to protect our organization and you. Topics covered will include phishing, social engineering, and safe internet practices. Your participation is crucial in helping us safeguard our digital environment.
