Step 1: Gather Your Crew
Start by connecting with other Carteret CC students who share your interests and are excited to help you form the club.

Every club must have a Carteret CC employee willing to serve as the club’s advisor. They’ll help guide your group and ensure all college policies are followed.
Step 3: Complete the Club Recognition Form

Each club must create a constitution outlining its purpose, membership requirements, officer roles, and election procedures. A sample template is available through the Student Life Office.
Step 5: Submit Your Paperwork
Once your recognition form and constitution are complete, submit them to the Student Life Coordinator for review by the Student Government Association (SGA).
The SGA will vote to approve your club as an officially recognized organization.
