Savour the Summer Soirees Presented by 
Celebrate the summer with Savour the Summer Soirees at Carteret Community College. Enjoy fine dining, crafted spirits, and great company at our summer soiree. Each soiree a local restaurant will pair with a local brewery, distillery, or distributor for a night you will not forget. Each soiree also features live music by Justin Castellano and a wine cork pull. Dinners are limited to 96 guests.
