Join us for an evening of fantastic music on the lawn at Carteret Community College. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the music will start at 7 p.m. Food trucks and beverages are available for sale at the event. VIP tickets are only available for sponsors. BUT, you don’t have to be a business to be a sponsor! Get a group of friends together to become a sponsor and get VIP benefits!

Join us for the 17th Annual Carteret Community College Spanish Mackerel Tournament! One of our largest donation events is the Spanish Mackerel Fishing tournament. All proceeds from this tournament benefit Carteret Community College programs.
A Taste of the South
June 19, 2024
The Black History Committee will host a dining experience that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the American South. These unique dishes will be prepared by six African American student chefs in the culinary program here at the College. The event includes three appetizers, a 4-course meal, and a cash bar. Join us for an unforgettable evening of creativity, cultural appreciation, and community camaraderie. Event proceeds go towards student scholarships and culture and community events.

Thank you for making our first Crystal Coast Wine Expo a success! We are already planning for next year’s event! Save the dates for Thursday, November 7 through Saturday, November 9, 2024.
Plan to join us for a wine pairing, wine dinner, a grand wine tasting, and wine academy classes which includes samples of premium wines and a tasting lesson with our experts. The wines are all different at each function! It will also give you a chance to get a head start for your holiday parties and gifts!

2024 Escoffier Dinner Series

Help Carteret CC Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management students go to France … by eating great food!
Each year, three to four students are selected to work with our Escoffier Chef friends in France for five weeks. When students return, they help plan and execute the Escoffier Chefs’ Dinners and teach current students techniques they learned while abroad.
Funding from the dinners pay for the students to participate in the French exchange program at no cost to them and remaining funds are used to support these three programs. Carteret CC is the only NC Community College to offer this unique opportunity.
