Adult High School transcripts are provided by our Basic Skills Department. To request your transcripts or for more information contact Basic Skills at (252) 222-6212 or (252) 222-6195.
To request your continuing education transcripts obtain and complete the Continuing Education Transcript Request Form. You may bring the completed form by the Continuing Education office, fax it to (252) 222-6263, or email it to email@example.com. If you need more information, please contact the Corporate and Community Education office at (252) 222-6200.
Transcript requests for Degrees, Diplomas, or Certificates can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (252) 222-6152.

Carteret Community College has authorized Parchment Exchange to provide all official Curriculum transcripts for academic use.

The Office of the Registrar provides Degree and Enrollment Verification’s to students and outside agencies upon authorization from the student.
Student initiated verification’s for personal use are submitted via fax or in person using the Academic Information Request form.
Carteret Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verification’s for all outside agencies. (Fees are determined by The National Student Clearinghouse.)

Human Resources now accepts electronic versions of transcripts.
Employees should have their school send transcripts electronically through one of the following services to the Human Resources email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All all North Carolina High School Equivalency (HSE) records (GED, HiSET and TASC) transcripts will be handled by Diploma Sender, please click the link to get started.
