TRANSFER TO UNC WILMINGTON

The PathWays Program is an exclusive opportunity for students who are interested in guaranteed admission to UNCW. Students will have access to a dedicated UNCW Transfer Student Success Advisor, attend an annual Open House and waived application fee.
PATHWAYS TRANSFER PROGRAM
This program provides guaranteed access for students transferring between UNCW and Carteret CC. It is a pathway for guaranteed transfer admission for students completing an AA, AS, AE, AATP, ASTP, or AFA. Pathways applicants must be or plan to be enrolled at Carteret CC as a full–time student (minimum 12 hours a semester). The PathWays program does not guarantee admission to a specific major or program – additional application materials may be required for more competitive majors. All students must meet UNCW admissions requirements and comply with university admission policy to be eligible.

HOW TO APPLY
STEP 1 | Enroll at Carteret CC
Students interested in the PathWays program must enroll at Carteret CC as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester).
STEP 2 | Complete online PathWays Enrollment Form
Use the PathWays enrollment form to apply now! High school students may apply during the semester they plan to graduate.
STEP 3 | Connect with PathWays Advisor
After applying for the program, students should connect with the Carteret CC Pathways to Excellence Advisor at PathWays@carteret.edu to begin the transfer process.
